How long does a typical project take?
Website projects typically take 2–4 weeks from brief to launch. Custom software takes 6–12 weeks depending on complexity. We give a precise timeline in every proposal before any work starts.
Do you work with clients outside Abuja?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely — we collaborate via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and shared documents. We have clients in Lagos, Port Harcourt, the UK, and the US.
How do payments work?
We typically require 50% upfront and 50% on completion. For larger projects above ₦500,000, a 3-instalment schedule is available. All invoices are in Naira, paid via bank transfer. We issue receipts for every payment.
What happens after my project is delivered?
Every project includes 30 days of free post-launch support. After that, we offer monthly maintenance retainers from ₦25,000/month. Many of our clients have worked with us for years through ongoing maintenance, updates, and new projects.
